Stella’s first nap in her big girl crib….

So I’ve been telling myself for the past couple of weeks that I need to try and put Stella in her crib for a nap. So yesterday was the BIG day. It actually started out looking promising. She had Mr. Bink in her mouth and Mom was right by her side ripping off tags to some of her 0-3 month clothes that would hopefully fit her soon! Side note: as of right now Stella has about 12 outfits that fit her, out of the 70 in her closet, she is still wearing newborn and the only brand that really fits good is Carter’s. But as I rummaged through her closet I got hopeful some might “shrink” in the dryer and fit her soon.  Another side note:  I am not wishing my baby to grow, I want her to be my little baby forever 😉 PLUS, she has three swimsuits that have not been worn that need to be ASAP before summer is gone. Our hope is to wear them at Sun River during our Labor Day weekend vacation! In the end the nap turned unsuccessful. If Mr. Bink would have stayed in her mouth the whole time and not popped out I swear we would have had success, I can’t tell you how many times I had to keep putting it back in her mouth. Instead I pulled out the camera to document…

What do we do if we can’t take a nap? Well a bath of course!
